At New Journey Media, we are committed to delivering your products and services in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the details of our fulfillment policy below.

Delivery

- Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

-Account creation : Created upon purchase and email sent immediately.

-Funnels, Websites, Automations: As these are custom builds, each will come with their own timeline which will be agreed upon before purchase.

Digital Products and Services

- Instant Delivery: Digital products will be delivered via email or download link immediately upon payment confirmation.

- Service Fulfillment: For services such as consultations or marketing packages, you will receive an email within 15 min to schedule your session or confirm the next steps in the fulfillment process.

Order Changes and Cancellations

- Modifying Your Order: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been started.

- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before the build has begun. Once an order has been started, it cannot be canceled.

- Cancellation of subscription software must be given 30 days in advance.

Returns and Refunds

- As our products are digital products, there is no returns after they are downloaded.

- Refunds can not be given after the delivery of service agreed upon.
